New Manager Bootcamp
This is a 6-Week Leadership Cohort Training
July 7 – August 11 | Tuesdays | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Live Virtual Training Experience
Stepping into management for the first time can feel exciting, overwhelming, and high pressure all at once. Many new managers are promoted because they were strong individual contributors, but leading people requires an entirely different skill set.
The New Manager Bootcamp is an intensive six-week leadership development experience designed specifically for individuals newly promoted into a management or supervisory role. This live cohort-based program provides practical, real-world leadership training that helps new managers transition from employee to leader with greater confidence, clarity, and effectiveness.
Throughout this interactive training, participants will learn how to lead teams, manage performance, communicate professionally, navigate difficult conversations, build trust, reduce workplace conflict, and understand the operational and legal responsibilities that come with leadership.
This is not theory-based leadership training. It is hands-on, discussion-driven, and built around the real challenges new managers face every day.
Participants will engage in live discussions, leadership exercises, role-play scenarios, case studies, reflection activities, and practical workplace applications that can immediately be implemented on the job.
