About
The Truth About Inclusion: When Values Statements Help—and When They Harm is a focused leadership training program that takes a deeper, more honest look at how organizational values function in the workplace. Most organizations have clearly defined values. They are intended to guide behavior, shape culture, and support decision-making. But in practice, values are not always applied consistently. They are often interpreted differently across leaders, used without a clear definition, and at times, unintentionally relied on to justify decisions that lack alignment. This program moves beyond surface-level conversations about inclusion and belonging and focuses on what actually shapes the employee experience—leadership behavior. Through five structured modules, participants will explore the difference between values as guidance and values as justification, understand how inconsistency creates gaps between intention and impact, and learn to apply values in ways that support fairness, clarity, and accountability. This is not a theoretical discussion. It is grounded in real-world HR experience and designed to help leaders reflect on their own decision-making, recognize where inconsistency may exist, and take practical steps toward more aligned and intentional leadership. Because inclusion is not created by what is written—it is created by what is consistently experienced. This is a Micro-E-Learning Program. Program Length: 30 minutes.
