First Time Supervisor Training

Stepping into a supervisory role is one of the most important—and often most challenging—transitions in a professional’s career. The First Time Supervisor Training program is designed to equip new and emerging leaders with the practical skills, mindset, and confidence needed to lead effectively from day one. This course focuses on the real-world responsibilities supervisors face the moment they begin overseeing others.
